1. Booking & Registration

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ateeq Haj Tours and Travels.
Full payment must be completed within the timeline provided; failure may result in cancellation.

2. Documents & Eligibility

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
It is the pilgrim’s responsibility to submit correct documents (passport, Aadhaar, PAN, photos, vaccination records, etc.).
Any discrepancy may lead to rejection by the Saudi Embassy or Indian authorities; the company will not be responsible.
PAN should be linked with Aadhaar

3. Visa & Government Approvals

Visa issuance is subject to the approval of the Saudi Consulate and the Ministry of Haj.
In case of visa refusal or delay beyond our control, the company will not be liable. Cancellation policies will apply.

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Packages typically include airfare, visa, hotel accommodation, food, inland travel, laundry and ziyarat as per the itinerary.
Exclusions: Excess baggage, personal expenses, optional tours, and anything not mentioned in inclusions.

5. Itinerary & Services

The itinerary is tentative and subject to change due to local conditions, air schedules, or Haj authorities’ instructions.
Hotel check-in/check-out times and meal preferences will follow local norms and availability.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations after visa processing or ticketing will attract cancellation charges as cancellation policy.
No refund will be made for unused services, no-shows, or early return.

7. Travel Insurance & Medical

Pilgrims must disclose any existing health condition that prevents them from travelling. We will not be responsible for any non disclosure.
The company is not liable for any medical emergencies during travel.
Emergency services will be arranged based on best efforts and availability.

8. Code of Conduct

Pilgrims are expected to maintain discipline, follow group timings, and respect religious decorum.

9. Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, or other force majeure events.

10. Liability & Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Consent

By signing up, the pilgrim agrees to all the above terms and grants consent to use their information as per our Privacy Policy.
